Do I need battens, spacers, or special anchors for mounting the pegboard?Updated 3 hours ago
For stud walls: Mount directly into studs using heavy-duty screws or coach bolts.
For plasterboard: Use timber battens (minimum 40mm x 19mm) screwed into studs, then mount the pegboard to the battens. For brick or concrete: Use masonry anchors. Spacers (10-15mm) behind the pegboard allow peg hooks to be inserted from behind.
