How do I make a return?Updated a month ago

Returns must be initiated within 14 of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.


Returned by mail/ courier

Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected]  to begin the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. 

Note: There is a shipping charge per order, which will be worked out via our customer service team.


Return to our warehouse

You can visit Sydney warehouse and present your order confirmation as proof of purchase. All items must be in the original packaging and have any tags/ stickers still attached.


Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. If the refund is unsuccessful our customer service team will be in contact to discuss.
