What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated a month ago

However, we understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, items may still become damaged during transit. In such cases, we are here to help and will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.

If your order has been damaged during delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging.
  2. Email our team at [email protected] with a brief description of the issue, along with photos.

We will assess the situation and work with you to rectify the issue as quickly as possible, whether that involves a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to making things right!
