We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase within 30 days and we will refund it. You do not need to give a reason.

How the 30 days is counted. The 30 days runs in calendar days from your delivery date. Where goods are delivered to a freight depot for you to collect, it runs from the date they arrive and we let you know they are ready.

What you get back. The refund is the sale price including GST, net of any promotion or discount applied to your invoice at the time of purchase.

What comes out of your refund. Return freight is at your cost. We will help you arrange it and recommend a trackable, insured service. If your order qualified for free shipping, we do not recover that delivery cost from your refund. If you return part of a larger order and the goods you keep fall into a lower Spend & Save tier, the discount on those goods is recalculated at the lower tier and the difference comes off your refund.

Condition of the return. Items must come back in their original packaging, including inner boxes, inserts and protective materials, free from dirt, scratches, dents or wear beyond what was needed to inspect and test the product, and packed securely.

What this guarantee does not cover. Clearance items. Faults, defects and transit damage are handled under our Warranty Policy and the Australian Consumer Law rather than this guarantee, and you are not limited to 30 days for a faulty item. Free gifts and promotional add-ons must be returned with the main product to qualify for a full refund.

We will confirm the refund amount by email, then you ship the item to Unit 2, 1-13 Childs Road, Chipping Norton NSW 2170. We inspect on arrival and refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
