What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated a month ago

Please report the issue to our team via email so we can assist you further. When reaching out, kindly include:

  • A clear photo of the item you received.
  • The name of the item that is missing from your order.

Also, please check the package for any notes or packing slips indicating that the missing item may have been shipped separately.
